At the Brooklyn Chinese-American Association (BCA), we truly care about taking care of the societal needs of our clients. We offer a comprehensive array of social services to Asian immigrants from across the city – primarily those from Brooklyn. Aside from Food Stamp, Housing, Crime Victims Assistance, Citizenship and Immigration, SSI, BCA offers the following bilingual (Chinese and English) social services:

• Assistance in applying for MTA Reduced-Fare Metrocard for Senior Citizens
• Assistance in applying for Real Property Tax Credit (IT-214)
• Assistance in applying for Medicaid
• Assistance in applying for Medicares
