Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)-Food Stamps

We provide a variety of nutrition outreach and education services to educate the community about the importance of nutrition and to enable low-income households to purchase the food they need to maintain proper nutritional levels and good health. The services include:

  • Assistance in applying for Food Stamp under Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Community outreach to educate and promote Food Stamp application
  • Pre-screening and screening services for application eligibility
  • Case management and follow up services to ensure that eligible clients can successfully enroll into SNAP
